We are passionate about homes.  We love helping buyers purchase and we especially love getting GREAT deals.  But we have long felt that there is so much more to real estate.

A home is not just an investment.  Our homes provide security, control, belonging, identity and privacy.  Most of all, it’s a place that provides with a centering; a place we start and end each day.  It’s a place that we find comfort with those we love most and feel secure as we grow.  It’s the place we relax, refresh, and learn to become the individuals that we blossom in to.

As Real Estate Agents, we wear a lot of hats through this process: coach, counselor, advocate, confidant and friend, just to name a few.  We get to laugh with people and sometimes we cry with them.  We learn about who they are, what they love most and what their passions are.  We have the privilege of helping them find that special place to call home. Our process for each buyer includes:

Step 2

  1. Conduct a comprehensive property search matching homes with your criteria and lifestyle

  2. Send you properties as they come onto the market.

  3. Coordinate home showings. We make ourselves available at times convenient for you.


Step 3

  1. Offer objective advice and weigh investment potential. (We are not there to make a sale, we are there to serve your best interest and be your real estate advocates/consultants.)

  2. Once we have helped find the right home for you, we ensure that the property is priced accurately by researching recent comparable sales prior to drawing up your offer. We continually represent your interests throughout the negotiation process.

  3. Guide you through the home inspection, negotiations and all other aspects of the home-purchasing process.  We continually keep you in mind; representing your best interests
